Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During sales, holidays, or new product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted. Once your package leaves my hands, tracking information will be provided to the email you used at checkout.

Delivery Time
USPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery delays due to weather or carrier issues are outside of my control — but I’ll always help where I can.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to initiate an inquiry. After doing so, you may email me at [email protected], and I will assist where possible. However, Pure Scentsation™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
