Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of handmade body products, all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on cuticle oils, perfume oils, body oils, or any personal-care items.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. I will gladly replace the item or issue store credit as appropriate. Your satisfaction matters to me. If something is not right, please reach out and I will do my best to resolve the issue fairly and within reason.
